READ THE PRIVACY POLICY

Fulfilling the information obligation under Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88), we inform the persons whose data we process about their rights and our obligations in connection therewith, regardless of whether we obtained the data directly from the data subject or from other sources. Since we have your e-mail address and other data you have provided for the purpose of entering into a contract and performing a contract, we assume that we are in possession of your personal data.

In connection with the above, we inform you that:

  3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the administrator may be:
    • your consent to their processing (Article 6(1)(a) RODO)
    • the necessity to process them for the purposes of the contract we have concluded with you or to take actions prior to its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) RODO)
    • statutory requirements arising from laws binding on us (Article 6(1)(c) RODO), which includes processing for tax and accounting purposes.
  4. The provision of your data is voluntary and enables the conclusion of a contract based on which we will provide services to you. The performance of the agreements concluded by us consists in the provision of services related to Waterly Ltd. Failure to provide your data may cause difficulties related to contact, in the execution of the contract, or may prevent its conclusion.
  5. Your personal data are processed only to the extent that they were obtained in the course of the Administrator’s business activities, in particular from such sources as: concluded contracts, orders received, trade inquiries, publicly available registers of entrepreneurs, information provided directly by you for the purpose of negotiation, conclusion and execution of a contract.
  6. The recipients of your data may be employees, associates and subcontractors of the Administrator, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of concluded agreements or our legitimate interests.
  7. Recipients of your data may be affiliated companies or third parties on the basis of an agreement on the provision of personal data.
    Your data will be stored for as long as necessary for the performance of all contractual obligations, including those stipulated by law, and for the assertion of claims.
  8. The Administrator guarantees each person whose data he processes the right to access the data added concerning him, to rectify, delete or request restriction of its processing. Such a person may also exercise the right to object, the right to transfer data, which will be in electronic form, and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw. A person whose data is processed may revoke consent to its processing at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its revocation.
  9. We make every effort to provide measures for physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.
