We are pleased to announce that on October 10, 2024, a special information meeting will be held at the Suwałki Science and Technology Park to present the Waterly system – a modern tool for monitoring water levels in rivers, lakes, and ponds. The event will be held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Suwałki.
The meeting will invite representatives from national and landscape parks, mayors of neighboring municipalities, representatives from water management institutions, as well as local media. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the Waterly system and discuss the potential benefits it could bring to the region.
During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the system’s operation, which, through the use of the latest technologies such as measurement buoys and sensors, provides precise and real-time monitoring of water levels. The presentation will also include examples of successful implementations of the system in other regions, and a discussion on the possibilities of its implementation in northeastern Poland.
The event will also feature a panel discussion with invited guests and a Q&A session, allowing participants to express their opinions and share any suggestions.
We warmly encourage you to participate in this important meeting. Joint discussions and cooperation can contribute to increasing safety and protecting water resources in our region.
The meeting will begin at 11:00 AM and is expected to last approximately 2 hours. We look forward to seeing you on October 10 at the Suwałki Science and Technology Park!
